Responsibilities:
Handle 8–10 inbound customer calls per day in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience
Document customer interactions and follow company procedures
Manage tasks independently while meeting quality and performance standards
Qualifications:
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Proven customer service experience
Work-from-home ready (stable internet, quiet workspace)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
