Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Central European Time)

Job Type:
Work From Home

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 8–10 inbound customer calls per day in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Document customer interactions and follow company procedures

  • Manage tasks independently while meeting quality and performance standards

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Work-from-home ready (stable internet, quiet workspace)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
